Our vow
We do not build to impress. We build to serve. Every home we advise on, every reading we write, every prayer we keep is an offering. God first. Then everything else, with care.

One for your wealth. One for your inner path. One for your daily remembrance.
Invest for the seven-year arc.
Dubai off-plan advice for people who hold, not flip. Every offer is studied over five to seven years with plain numbers on growth and rent, from someone who has watched this city rise for 44 years.

Your birth is a blueprint, not a sentence.
Drishti Signature brings Vedic astrology and your numbers together in about 60 plain, hopeful pages, and ends with a ten-minute daily practice. No fear, no gemstones, no remedies to buy.

Take any name. Even once.
A prayer companion that works fully offline: morning prayers, a mala counter and festival days. Remember God on a bus, in traffic, or far from home. No signal. Still connected.

Four strengths
The last verse of the Bhagavad Gita names four gifts that follow wherever Krishna and Arjuna stand together. Each one shapes how we work.
Source: Bhagavad Gita 18.78. How each gift maps to our work is our own reading.

SMARAN · by RadheyShyam
Open SMARAN and today is ready: the day's tithi, any festival, and the prayers to begin with.
Seventy-seven prayers, each checked against its source, with meaning in plain words.
A mala that counts with a gentle tap. No signal needed, on a bus, in traffic, or far from home.
Festivals and fasting days, dated carefully, with a quiet reminder when they arrive.
Eight mantras open to everyone, no initiation needed. Tradition does not rank them; sincerity matters most.

"Life can throw you down hard. Only God picks you up."
Born and raised in Dubai, Pavan spent years in corporate broadcasting before turning to real estate, where he has guided clients through off-plan property for close to a decade. RadheyShyam, named for Radha and Shyam, is the promise he made: serve people honestly and keep God at the centre of the work.
We plan carefully and hold lightly. Markets move, people change and paths turn. What stays is how we behave along the way: honest, patient and kind.
